TURBO CM was established in 1984 to provide timely, professional, cost effective construction consulting services and solutions to the building and construction industry. The experience and expertise of TURBO's personnel is focused on
Cost Estimating, CPM Scheduling, Value Engineering, Claims Analysis and Avoidance and Construction Management.

Our Clients have included Public Agencies, Developers, Architects, Contractors and Owners.
