               Client:                     County of San Diego

      Services:                 Preparation of project scoping documents, schematic drawings, digital photos and cost estimates for validation of the San Diego County Major Maintenance Program.

      Status:                    Prime Consultant

      Description:             166 Job Order contracts totaling more than $14,000,000 in costs

                                    plus individal work orders for various proposed County projects.

                                    Repairs, remodels and new construction in new and existing facilities.

 

                                   

2.     Project:          USPS Otay Mesa Carrier Annex, San Diego, CA

               Date:                       Nov 1997 to March 1999

               Client:                     KMA Architecture & Engineering / United States Postal Service

      Services:                 Cost Estimating, CPM Scheduling, Construction Manager

      Status:                    Consultant

      Description:             17,380 sf Masonry Building on 2 Acre site.  Fully improved, with Locker Rooms, HVAC, Truck scale,  and loading docks.

                                    Budget:  $1.95 mil

 

 

3.     Project:          USPS University City Carrier Annex, San Diego, CA

      Description:             Complex Retaining Wall Structures, tenant improvements; Utilities systems; site development, parking, security and landscaping.

      Description:             Concrete Box Culvert Storm Drains, Sewer, Water, Storm Drains and Street Paving. Railroad Realignment.

                                    The contractor sued the city claiming delays even though the project was finished early.
